Sus...

"Sus...."

In English, this may mean "that's absurd." It can also mean many things like:

"Damn you, you're also a coward."

"Why ask, you numb?"

Yep, it can mean so many things. Especially, when you're face with a situation where you cannot just say yes. When things are complicated and there's no way of turning back time.

But I will always remember

the hide and seek at the OR and that face when I suddenly appeared (that was precious!),
the chocolate ice cream that you don't like because you only like dark chocolate,
the strawberries I did not appreciate because I don't like it,
those simple breakfast mornings....
the visit at the lecture room...
the company I had when visiting affiliated clinical areas...

It felt so nice to be valued.

It's still a wonder why people ask the same questions:

"What is he to you?"

"What am I to you?"

"Did you and him have had something in the past?"

And the most shocking question of all:

"Did you and him 'DID' it?"

Maybe I was hiding it so bad that it keeps on shining through, or perhaps some people can just see through me. I really don't know. Have you thought that perhaps they see something we don't?

It's been a long time since I last thought of you.

They keep on trying to tie you down. They don't know that the more they tie you down, the more you will run away. Yep, a beautiful soul.

Sometimes the best way to love someone like you is to just not see you or keep it hidden until the end of time. Sometimes, being special is enough. Sometimes we can just let people think what they like, for we already know the answers to the questions ourselves.

I wonder why I am blogging about you. I've blogged a lot about others, but somehow, I did not get around to blogging about you. Now, I remembered because of someone I met through you. And it's all good.

Go and love all the women you want. I am here and will always be your friend. I may have hoped for more  (but that was such a long time ago.) Just don't lose yourself and I hope to see the same DPR I know. Til next time. Ciao!

Things to Consider Before Starting a Hobby

Do you know someone who's making big money on something that started only as a hobby? Many of the businesses in the market started only as a hobby and later developed into a business venture.

Starting a hobby needs careful consideration. Once you started a hobby, it is important that you see through its completion. If not, you will always feel that you have some unfinished tasks that you have left behind and definitely, it will frustrate you to see them lying around waiting for your time.
You most probably have a couple of hobbies in your mind, but before starting anything, it is important to know some important considerations before starting out on one. This is vital because the hobby you started today, maybe the business you will be maintaining tomorrow.

Interest. People's interest varies and can also be more than one. One person who likes making candles may also like the painting or pottery. One such favorite past time are those involved in scrapbook making, personalized greeting cards, handcrafted room decoration and more. When you start a hobby that you take interest in, it will likely become when it turns out to be a business venture later on. You would be willing to learn more about it and would be motivated to hone your skills.

Time. Any endeavor that you chose will prove pointless if the time you invest is limited. Try to assess how much time you can actually spend each day as you enjoy crafting items or learning a skill. Usually, what people start as their past time involves buying or spending a couple of money to acquire the equipment. If your time does not permit you to learn and use the equipment you bought, it is a total waste of resources.

Budget. Remember that anything you started to learn will require resources: both in terms of money, time and effort. Realistically setting your goals for learning and starting a new past time or hobby will determine your success. Without the presence of money, time and energy, your new endeavor will not come to fruition.

Output. When you see that people like what you are doing as well as taking an interest in inspecting your
output, you feel a sense of pride and ownership. This will spur your motivation and you will likely pursue to learn more about how to perfect your craft.

Starting a hobby is one thing. Pursuing to finish it is another. When a hobby becomes a business, you will need to sustain the motivation to create and finish them. Do you have what it takes to start and finish as well as sustain a hobby you like?

If I was one thing, I’d be a candle

Lighting the way so you can handle

Your life easier without woes

Not having to fight with your foes.

I’d help keep you from stumbling over

Things blocking your path to an open door.

If I light your path, life is easier,

Even strong winds, my light will not deter.

No matter what, I’m here for you

To cheer you up when you are blue.

Do not fret when times get tough,

If things look down or kind of rough.

Just remember, I’m always here,

In your heart, close and near.

I will help you out in every way,

Happiness and love in your heart will stay.

Don’t blow me out, that’s one request

Unless it’s me you do detest.

I do not try to hurt anyone

That isn’t good or any fun.

But one day you may leave me behind

You may no longer need my light to shine.

If that day comes, go on your way

And I will hope to see you again one day.

If one day, I don’t appear,

Not In Her Storm by Sauni

I see the clouds rolling in and oh how it looks like rain
And it is always I fight for the welcome change
When it rains it pours on this heart of mine
So, I take the storms I feel to her each time.

But I know she has lived under her own pouring rain
Yet under her water her heart still doesn’t change
She can walk away from what hangs overhead
And, not in her storm, are words left unsaid.

Not in her storm have I ever felt alone
Her storm ends, so I, may find my way home
It’s for me that she pushes away her own rain
So, that I may find comfort in calling her name.

She lives in this world for the sake of another’s heart
God, how she eases the miles when worlds apart
And she never wanders when your world falls through
Not ever in her storm would she do this to you.

She has wings that I know not only I can see
Cause only an angel could find strength to carry me
It’s the way that the eyes can surely view
How her heart’s written so clearly in what an angel can do.

Not in her storm is her work ever done
And even in her storm she hands me the sun
When her world is dark - I always have light
And now how I hold the new color of night.

She takes then she gives to an unhappy face
So that many can find an awesome place
I have been able to love her more every day
And with her hand in mine the clouds roll away.
